Health was always a passion of mine, and it became obvious to me that it was impossible to buy real food in the UK, unless you cook it at home yourself - from scratch. So I started Biospan in 2020 to build a food service personalised to your health and biology. This service would use the highest quality ingredient, and provide home-cooked meals, just like our ancestors would eat. I called this a Biocheffing service. I've been fortunate enough to spend lots of time around health practitioners, and develop my knowledge. I write content based on my personal experience with health, my experience growing up on a farm, and new learnings that I think you should know.
