Questions, answered

How does pay work?

You are offered work that is priced to the complexity of the job, the time taken, and the client's budget. If you accept the role, you will be paid weekly.

Do I need to buy groceries?

Yes, you will need to buy groceries. Either the client gives you a card to go grocery shopping, or you buy it yourself and send the receipts to be reimbursed each Monday.

Where will I work?

Most of the time you'll work in the client's home. You may also be offered meal-prep delivery opportunities if you have a suitable kitchen to cook from.

Do I need to be a nutritionist?

No, you don't need to be a nutritionist. But you must have sufficient knowledge in sourcing organic produce, designing menus for dietary requirements, and portioning food for macros and calories.

Will you help me if I'm stuck?

Yes. You'll have a team you can call upon and a nutritionist you can speak to whenever you need help.
